Info for the 33rd Annual Dirt Track World Championship at PRP

The last late model crown jewel event of the year is finally upon us. Tomorrow night the 33rd annual DTWC will be kicked off at Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Weekend schedule (weather permitting):

Thursday
2:00 PM - Pits Open
4:00 PM - Grandstands Open
6:00 PM - Modified Hot Laps
8:00 PM - Modified Heat Races
10:00 PM - Modified Consolation Races

Friday
2:00 PM - Pits Open
4:00 PM - Granstands Open
6:00 PM - Late Model Hot Laps
7:30 PM - Late Model Qualifying
9:00 PM - Late Model Heat Races

Saturday
3:00 PM - Pits Open
4:00 PM - Grandstands Open
7:00 PM - Late Model B-Mains
8:15 PM - $3,000 to win Modified Feature
9:00 PM - 33rd Annual DTWC $50,000 to win 100 lap Feature
10:30 PM - Jim Dunn Memorial $3,000 to win Non-qualifier Feature

****Confirmed Drivers List****

As of right now over 80 late models have been confirmed for the DTWC. Last year there was nearly 100 that showed up, I expect somewhere in the 90s to be the final number of entrees.

Weather looks good for Friday & Saturday, so let's hope we get to see some great racing action!
