The 43rd annual World 100 wrapped up last night in Rossville, Ohio. Local driver and Williamson, West Virginia native, John Blankenship won the crown jewel event and $46,000.
After Boggs announced he wouldn't be able to compete this weekend, only 3 local drivers made the trip. Brandon Kinzer, Shannon Thornsberry, and Steve Francis all 3 competed all 3 nights.
Thursday results:
Francis: 65th fastest in qualifying; finished 3rd in heat; started 15th in twin 25 feature and finished 17th.
Kinzer: 69th fastest in qualifying; finished 5th in heat; finished 4th in B-main; failed to qualify for feature.
Thornsberry; 37th fastest; finished 8th in his heat; finished 10th in B-main; failed to qualify for feature.

Friday results:
Francis: 7th fastest; 1st in heat; finished 4th in feature.
Kinzer: 81st fastest; 5th in heat; 4th in B-main; failed the qualify for feature.
